While I’m pleased with these accomplishments, what truly shapes my approach is the life I’ve lived – one filled with blessings and lessons.
I’ve had two loving partners (not at the same time), three amazing kids, and a rewarding career as an Executive Coach at companies like American Express, Pfizer, and Meta. I’m healthy and “look good for my age.” I enjoy life with things like travel, a snazzy carbon-framed bicycle, and an IRA in safe storage for the future.
Here’s what I don’t have:
I don’t have a mess-to-success story to share. My life hasn’t been marked by profound struggle, and for that, I feel incredibly fortunate. A few years ago, however, I began exploring something extraordinary – not out of necessity, but out of a desire for experiences that nurture growth and deepen insight. That something is sacred plant medicine.
For thousands of years, plant medicines have been used in ceremonies for spiritual and emotional healing. Today, they’re experiencing a renaissance in research and therapy, promising huge potential.
Plant medicine, or psychedelics, isn’t for everyone. But with the right fit, proper preparation, safe facilitation, and skilled integration, their effects can be transformative. They are powerful tools for everyday personal growth.
My own experiences with plant medicine have heightened my self-awareness and deepened my connection to our vast universe. They have also given me crystal clarity on how I want to show up in the next leg of life — with less ego, more soul, and a commitment to love, connection, and service.
